Fata & Fleishman Mentorship is a free entrepreneurial community support system created by CPG founders, operators, and investors Mike Fata and Greg Fleishman whom themselves have spent over 20 years starting, ramping, and successfully exiting businesses.
As founders, operators, and investors, we know firsthand what it's like to start a business from scratch, scale, and ultimately get to amazing outcomes.
We combined our industry knowledge & experience to create a resource loaded with the critical information we use while operating, investing, and serving on multiple boards.

Mike Fata co-founded Manitoba Harvest Hemp Foods in 1998. After serving as Chairman of the Board and CEO until 2016, he helped guide the 9-figure strategic sale of the company to Tilray in 2019.

Mike is currently Chief Executive Officer of Fata & Associates, an author, a keynote speaker, host of the Founder to Mentor podcast, Global Growth Advisor of Mid-Day Squares, Chairman of the Board of Nuts for Cheese, Lifetime member (Past Chairman) of the Canadian Health Food Association (CHFA), Lifetime member (Past Chairman) of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and investor/advisor to a portfolio of companies.
